Quiz Details
This module represents the "advanced" category of reasoning, where the information provided is often indirect or "negative" (e.g., "The person from Delhi is not the Doctor and does not like Blue"). It tests the candidate's ability to maintain logical consistency across multiple layers of data.
Syllabus & Core Question Types:
Multi-Variable Puzzles: Matching 7–8 individuals across three parameters (e.g., Name, Profession, and City) where multiple possibilities must be mapped.
Complex Floor/Box Puzzles: Arranging items in 8–10 floors or stacks with constraints like "exactly two boxes between X and Y" and "no prime-numbered floor."
Blood Relation Puzzles: Integrating family trees into seating arrangements (e.g., "A’s brother sits second to the left of A’s wife").
Conditional Logic: Puzzles that include "if" and "only if" conditions, requiring the creation of multiple possible cases (Case 1 vs. Case 2) to eliminate the invalid one.
Exam Pattern & Strategy:
Total Questions: 50.
Ideal Time: 75–90 minutes.
Difficulty: Moderate to High.
Strategy: The focus is on "Elimination." Level 2 puzzles are designed to be time-traps; candidates must learn when a puzzle is too complex to solve and when to commit to a multi-case diagram.
